Maintenance Engineer - 2nd shift 2:45 - 11:00PM
The Engineer for Maintenance Team will be responsible for troubleshooting and Programming robot application, conveyor system, equipment and process/equipment monitoring systems
Essential Functions
(To perform within this position successfully, the incumbent must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.)
SAP Operations
Enter preventive, general, and breakdown maintenance data into SAP
Create and update the preventive maintenance task list and ensure reliability
Create and update function location and equipment numbers
Review and report equipment, equipment downtime, damage codes, downtime causes, countermeasures, and maintenance repair/replace activities
Print, install, and manage barcode labels on machines
Control the preventive maintenance process with tablet PCs, trains hourly team members
General Operations
Collaborates with QC to perform annual equipment inspections and tool measuring
Evaluates and compares equipment history to update in SAP
Manages the equipment maintenance manual
Prepare weekly work summary report
Assist maintenance management as needed
Planning equipment PM schedules, shutdowns, repairs for MNAe Plant Iine
Planning equipment improvement schedules for MNAe Plant Iine
Control equipment downtime/MTTR/MTBF/3R5S/Improvement for MNAe Plant Iine
Control weekly/monthly result and plan for MNAe Plant line
Control equipment materials and spare parts accuracy for MNAe Plant line
Report results and improvement plan for MNAe Plant Iine PM planning for equipment's
Planning equipment PM schedules, shutdowns, repairs for MNAe Plant line
Support equipment materials and spare parts accuracy for MNAe Plant Line
Support to list-up for inconsistency of equipments with countermeasure.
Support and update improvements to equipment for MNAe Plant Line
Support for repairing parts
Project related to equipment
Supporting with new equipment installation with engineering cooperation.
Inspection for new equipment and creating plan for training team members.

Basic Qualifications

Required Education & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering
One or more years of experience with industrial maintenance
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Ability to prioritize and organize tasks to achieve timely results
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skill
Some knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulic, electrical and mechanical systems
Preferred Education & Experience:
Automotive manufacturing experience
Experience with SAP
Experience with PLC
Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations:
None
Working Conditions
60% on the production floor, 40% in the office
Extensive walking and standing on the production floor
Occasional bending and stooping
After temporarily working with the 1st shift , we plan to work in the 2nd shift in 2025.
