headquarters. Prepare accurate and timely financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annually) in accordance with GAAP, providing insightful analysis to firm management. Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive budgets and financial forecasts, contributing to strategic planning sessions held in our

office. Oversee cash flow management, ensuring optimal liquidity and prudent financial practices. Establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard firm assets and ensure financial compliance. Manage the year-end audit process, acting as the primary liaison with external auditors. Oversee banking relationships and cash management. Supervise, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounting team. Evaluate and optimize financial systems and processes, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency. Provide critical financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision-making by firm leadership. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;

CPA certification highly preferred. 8+ years of progressive accounting management experience. Big 4 experience + and progressive accounting and finance experience, with significant Controller experience required. Proven experience working within the service industry, i.e., law firm, engineering, or architecture firm Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Compensation: $130,000 - $180,000
