We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at New Zion Services. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care under the supervision of Registered Nurses and physicians, ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of residents in a long-term care setting.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and patient progress
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Assist residents with daily living activities (ADLs)
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in medical records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans
• Respond promptly to resident needs and emergencies
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations

Qualifications

• Valid LPN license in the state of New York
• CPR/BLS certification (required)
• Strong communication and clinical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
