RN Educator – CNA Training Instructor

Taconic Health Care is seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Educator to lead and teach our Certified Nursing Assistant Training (CNA-T) program. What You’ll Do:

• Teach CNA-T students in both classroom and clinical settings

• Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that meet NYS requirements

• Provide hands-on instruction, coaching, and evaluation to students

• Ensure compliance with all state regulations and program standards

Qualifications:

• Active NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing

• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (long-term care experience strongly preferred)

• Previous teaching or precepting experience a plus (not required—training provided)
