TEKsystems is hiring a Customer Service Specialist to work ON SITE for a financial client located in Albany, NY.
This position would interview right away and would start within the next couple weeks!
Job Description
-Build internal customer loyalty utilizing courtesy and friendliness, resolve service issues in a prompt and professional manner, within established policies and procedures and utilizing knowledge of process and systems providing accurate and complete information
-Respond to all inquiries from internal customers seeking assistance and provide general information regarding payouts, payments/deposits, file research, etc
-At all times maintain a high degree of processing accuracy and member information confidentiality
-Adhere to all internal and external member service standards, providing effective member service to both internal and external customers
-Receive and check in fraud cases daily, capturing case data to use in the review and analysis for emerging trends
-Opening/blocking cards, expediting cards, pulling and redirecting or destroying cards as needed in accordance to the particular card program and applicable procedures and guidelines
-Provide and embrace ideas and suggestions for continuous improvement
Qualifications
-MUST HAVE 1-2 years of RECENT call center experience
-Bank teller experience welcomed as well
-Financial experience a plus
-Ability to learn new systems efficiently
-Able to handle a fast-paced environment and able to multi-task
Hours
Monday- Friday- 8:30am- 5:00pm-- 40-hour work week paid out
Pay
$19-20/hr. (based off experience)

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
