Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate in Irving, TX 75038 for a full-time, 3-month contract position with the potential to convert to permanent. This role involves picking and shipping orders using RF scanners (ranging from small parcels to pallets), receiving and storing inventory, unloading shipments, and operating warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, push carts, and reach trucks. Candidates must have at least 2 years of reach truck experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick and ship orders using RF scanners
Handle orders ranging from small boxes to full pallets
Receive and store materials safely and efficiently
Unload and process small parcel deliveries
Document and report damaged or defective items
Operate warehouse equipment including:
Reach trucks (required)
Forklifts
Pallet jacks
Push carts

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of reach truck experience (required)
Experience using RF scanners
Ability to lift, move, and handle physical warehouse tasks
Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
PPE: Must wear steel toe boots/shoes on the first day
Dress Code: Pants or shorts with workwear
