Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive/Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in managing financial reports, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely communication with banks and stakeholders. This role requires a high level of professionalism, accuracy, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and maintain financial reports and documents
Record and verify numerical data, including account numbers and financial transactions
Send out statements and communications to banks, clients, and stakeholders
Provide administrative support to executives and team members
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics
Maintain and organize digital and physical files
Draft and proofread correspondence and reports
Ensure office systems and procedures run smoothly and efficiently
Assist with special projects and other tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, or similar role
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and financial information
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable with learning new software
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team

Pay: $30 -$34 DOE
Pay Details: $30.00 to $34.00 per hour
