Overview
We are seeking a Supply Chain Data Analyst to help drive process improvements and enhance operational performance across our global supply chain. In this role, youll collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize transportation logistics, improve reporting and analytics, and implement sustainable business processes that support efficiency and growth.
What you will work on
- Lead initiatives to improve and streamline business processes for assigned Commercial functions.
- Generate and analyze performance metrics, including carrier performance, runout, overfills, and rail maintenance.
- Conduct root cause analysis and execute exception reports to identify operational improvement opportunities.
- Support and coordinate with cross-functional Logistics Transparency Program teams.
- Develop, implement, and maintain process improvement plans aligned with organizational priorities.
- Collaborate with IT to optimize SAP functionality and support transportation system enhancements.
- Promote best practices and ensure project benefits are sustainable through proper ownership and measurement.
- Communicate updates and insights effectively to stakeholders while balancing tactical and strategic priorities.
What you will bring
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, MIS, or related field.
- 510 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or process improvement.
- Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong experience with Power BI and SQL for reporting and analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly, manage priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of Commercial Supply Chain and Transportation Operations.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus.
- Self-starter mindset with a focus on process improvement and operational efficiency.

- Pay Range: $45/hr
