Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various construction projects from inception to completion. You will act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management and sales skills and a solid understanding of construction processes.

Duties

• Manage the entire project lifecycle, including selling, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Coordinate with clients to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Utilize construction management software to track project progress and ensure adherence to timelines.
• Collaborate with various internal teams such as estimators, bookkeeping, sales reps, and subcontractors.
• Oversee project scheduling
• Ensure effective communication among team members and clients throughout the project.
• Maintain a strong understanding of construction site operations and safety protocols.

Skills

• Proficiency in NetSuite and GSuite is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in value-led sales techniques
• Strong background in construction management and project coordination.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong analytical skills for assessing project risks and developing mitigation strategies.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
