Responsibilities:

• 
  Greet and welcome clients with a warm and professional demeanor
• Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and walk-ins efficiently
• Handle phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area
• Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
• Assist with retail product sales and inventory tracking
• Support barbers by coordinating client flow and ensuring a smooth schedule
• Address customer concerns and escalate issues as needed
  
  

Requirements:

• 
  Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency with scheduling software and basic computer skills
• Friendly, professional, and well-groomed appearance
