MARKETING MANAGER Social Media & Affiliate Platforms

Hours: Full -time, 40 hours per week, Hybrid schedule
Location: Beddys offices; 5491 Hammerfest Dr. #201, South Jordan, UT 84009. Must live in Utah. Regular in-office attendance is required on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Remote work is available on Mondays and Fridays.
Pay: Dependent upon experience
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage social media and affiliate team members including weekly one-on-ones, quarterly performance review, and career development.
- Develop and oversee social media strategy across all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.) to drive engagement, growth, and conversion.
- Work together with digital marketing manager to create cohesive cross-channel promotions and strategy.
- Manage content calendars, campaigns, and posting schedules in alignment with overall marketing initiatives.
- Develop and execute highly effective digital marketing campaigns that attract new customers, keeps existing, and drives sales.
- Improve acquisition efficiency and maximize the contribution of affiliate + organic social marketing channels.
- Stay ahead of trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep Beddys content fresh and relevant.
- Lead strategy and management of Beddys affiliate program.
- Drive recruitment and business development efforts to identify and establish relationships with new affiliate partners, agencies, or brands.
- Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements.
- Educate broader team on affiliate + social marketing trends that can impact on growth strategy
- Track and report affiliate, social, and referral channels performance. Provide insights into opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Research market and competitive trends.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Hustle and exceptional work ethic are a must!
- 3-5 years of experience with affiliate marketing and social media management.
- Experience scaling affiliate marketing program and driving measurable results through social media channels.
- Highly analytical mindset with an understanding of acquisition funnel and performance marketing KPIs
- Knowledge of affiliate marketing space and how to optimize partnerships to drive performance across various affiliate models
- Deep understanding of the affiliate marketing ecosystem
- Excellent writer, communicator, and creative thinker
- Strong problem identification and resolution skills
- Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and develop recommendations
- Self-motivated with the ability to take direction and work independently with little supervision
- Extensive knowledge of social media channels and best practices, including market and competitive trends
- Be a team player with the confidence to take the lead and guide other employees
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Creative with an eye for detail and design
