About:
As a key member of the Client Ads Marketing team, you will lead the development and execution of paid media strategies that drive advertiser acquisition, partner enablement, and sales alignment. This role is instrumental in shaping the go-to-market (GTM) approach for our Ads business by owning ABM-driven paid media planning, cross-functional collaboration, vendor management, and performance optimization. We are looking for someone with proven AdTech experience, a bias for action, and the ability to operate at both the strategic and tactical level, balancing campaign execution with cross-functional leadership and sales partnership.

We're looking for an experienced Demand Generation Manager to activate and manage growth marketing and demand generation programs that drive qualified advertiser acquisition at scale. This role is responsible for launching and optimizing full-funnel demand generation campaigns, developing account-based and ICP-targeted marketing initiatives, and supporting solution adoption through focused enablement programs.

Reporting to the Director of B2B Growth Marketing, this person will be instrumental in shaping the GTM (Go-to-market) approach and the activation of the campaigns, owning day-to-day campaign execution while making data-informed recommendations to optimize performance and support business goals.

You Will Make an Impact By:
  • Launching and managing demand generation campaigns across channels such as paid search, paid social, content syndication, Programmatic, and offline.
  • Leading the strategic development and execution of a multi-tiered ABM program across key enterprise segments and verticals.
  • Building and scaling a repeatable, strategic ABM program roadmap aligned with pipeline goals, sales priorities, and market opportunities.
  • Supporting solutions marketing efforts to increase adoption of the advertising products of the Client among existing merchants and net new advertisers from various segments like Restaurants, Retailers, Brands, Franchises, and Agencies.
  • Analyzing performance data to uncover insights, make informed optimizations, and support growth opportunities.
  • Creating campaign performance reports, dashboards, and executive summaries to track progress against KPIs (e.g., MQLs, SQLs, CPL, ROAS).
  • Managing campaign budgets, tracking spend, and ensuring efficient use of marketing dollars.
  • Partnering closely with Sales to ensure seamless campaign handoffs, measurable pipeline contribution, and enablement of field teams.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Brand, Creative, and Product Marketing to develop assets and messaging tailored to audience-specific initiatives.

  • You have 5-7 years of hands-on experience in demand generation or digital campaign execution, ideally in B2B marketplace environments or in Adtech.
  • You bring a growth hacking mindset-you're curious, resourceful, creative, and laser-focused on testing and scaling what works.
  • You are highly execution-oriented with a strong bias for action and a passion for delivering results.
  • You are fluent in performance metrics, reporting tools, and data analysis to drive optimization decisions.
  • You have experience activating account-based and ICP-targeted campaigns using platforms like LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot/Pardot, Demandbase.
  • You are comfortable managing budgets, optimizing spend, and forecasting campaign performance.
  • You have worked closely with cross-functional teams to execute go-to-market plans and solutions enablement programs.
  • You are detail-oriented, thrive in fast-paced environments, and love solving problems with a data-first mindset.
