Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team! You will be responsible for installing and repairing wiring, electrical fixtures, service upgrades, and underground services, as well as training apprentices on the job if comfortable. If you are a Journeyman Electrician with a can-do attitude who takes pride in his work, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Follow all safety rules and regulations

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, schematics, and electrical code specifications to determine layout of industrial electrical equipment installations

Install, examine, replace, and repair electrical wiring, receptacles, switch boxes, conduits, feeders, fiber-optic and coaxial cable assemblies, lighting fixtures and other electrical components

Test electrical and electronic equipment and components for continuity, current, voltage and resistance

Maintain, repair, install and test switchgear, disconnects, transformers, switchboard meters, regulators, and protective relays

Maintain, repair, test and install electrical motors, generators, alternators, and UPS systems

Interact with customers, suppliers, and other professionals

Qualifications:

Previous experience as an Electrician is preferred

Valid Driver’s License

Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects

Strong understanding of mathematical concepts and measurements

Professional appearance and courteous personality
