Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused Residential Service Electrician to join our team. This role is responsible for performing electrical service, repair, and installation work in residential homes while ensuring the highest standards of safety and professionalism. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical service, troubleshooting, repairs, and installations in residential settings.

• Ensure all work complies with current electrical codes, safety standards, and company policies.

• Identify potential electrical hazards and recommend solutions to protect homeowners and property.

• Accurately diagnose issues and provide clear explanations and options to customers.

• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and represent the company with integrity in every customer interaction.

• Document work performed, materials used, and communicate effectively with office staff and customers.

• Maintain tools, equipment, and work vehicle in safe, working condition.

• Participate in ongoing training to stay up to date with electrical codes, products, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Journeyman or Master Electrician (or equivalent as required by state).

• Proven experience in residential electrical service work.

• Strong knowledge of NEC and local electrical codes.

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Professional appearance and demeanor with strong customer service skills.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Comfortable working in crawl spaces, attics, and other residential environments.

• Ability to stand, kneel, and bend for extended periods.
