As a Human Resources Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive HR generalist support for your assigned account. This is an exciting opportunity where you will manage several crucial HR processes and offer leadership and guidance to both managers and employees across the organization. Your expertise will help identify best practices and enhance organizational efficiencies while mentoring line managers in applying human resource policies and programs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, employee development, coaching, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Address and resolve employee relations issues, including responding to hotline calls, conducting investigations, and providing recommendations for corrective actions.
- Develop and implement internal HR processes following ARAMARK guidelines, ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, including developing action plans and coordinating corporate engagement activities.
- Innovate and advise on employee motivation and morale-boosting programs.
- Serve as a point of contact for talent acquisition leadership programs.
- Conduct HR metrics reporting and analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Provide assistance with benefits and payroll as needed.
- Implement effective onboarding programs and initiatives.
- Manage union and labor relations effectively.
- Lead interns and assist HR administrative workers in enhancing HR processes.

Qualifications:
- Preferred certifications: PHR/SPHR/SHRM. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required.
- Experience in human resources planning and organizational development is desired.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of HR experience is necessary.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is ideal.
- Experience in employee relations, including conducting investigations and developing resolutions, is required.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact and consult with management at various levels.
- Excellent analytical skills are essential.
- Ability to train others and deliver impactful presentations is needed.
- A solid understanding of financial and business objectives, coupled with strong problem-solving skills, is necessary.
- Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple tasks and set priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Proactive mindset to drive process improvements.
- Experience in a union environment is highly preferred.
