Base pay range

$95,000.00/yr - $105,000.00/yr

Job Description

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled IAM Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with IAM management tools, strong communication skills, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders. This role involves onboarding new applications, managing privileged access, and ensuring seamless integration within our IAM framework.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects to ensure business outcomes are achieved.
• Understand project objectives and how tasks align with them.
• Manage work breakdown structures and meet deadlines.
• Lead stakeholder and SME discussions to gather requirements and resolve issues.

Documentation & Communication

• Identify and develop critical documentation and high-quality deliverables.
• Communicate findings, learnings, and impacts effectively with SMEs.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and related documentation.
• Apply risk management experience from large financial institutions.
• Understand heightened standards in risk, compliance, and corporate governance.
• Capture and maintain KRIs (Key Risk Indicators), KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), and operational metrics.

Identity & Access Management (IAM)

• Troubleshoot IAM and RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) issues.
• Assist with SailPoint Identity IQ-related tasks (knowledge of SailPoint is a plus).
• Facilitate business process design for identity and access privileges.

Agile & Stakeholder Engagement

• Lead interactive requirements gathering sessions.
• Document requirements and collaborate with team members.
• Provide stakeholder demos and support go-live for sprint releases.
