We pride ourselves on professionalism, expertise, and the highest standards of customer care. We are seeking an Experienced Duct Cleaning Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in air duct and HVAC system cleaning and maintenance, with a strong focus on safety, customer service, and job efficiency. You’ll be responsible for ensuring indoor air quality is improved and HVAC systems are operating at peak performance. Key Responsibilities: Perform residential and commercial air duct and HVAC system cleanings using industry-standard equipment and techniques. Conduct thorough inspections of HVAC systems and ductwork to determine service needs. Operate and maintain duct cleaning equipment (e.g., vacuums, compressors, rotary brushes). Provide detailed reports and documentation of work performed, including before/after photos. Communicate clearly and professionally with customers to explain services and answer questions. Ensure all work is performed safely, following SERVPRO and OSHA standards. Maintain a clean and organized job site and company vehicle. Collaborate with team members on multi-service jobs (e.g., mold remediation, water/fire damage). Qualifications: 2+ years of duct/HVAC cleaning experience preferred; training available for the right individual NADCA (National Air Duct Cleaners Association) certification preferred but not required. Knowledge of HVAC systems and airflow principles. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces. Strong attention to detail and a customer-first attitude. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
