We pride ourselves on professionalism, expertise, and the highest standards of customer care. We are seeking an Experienced Duct Cleaning Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in air duct and HVAC system cleaning and maintenance, with a strong focus on safety, customer service, and job efficiency. You’ll be responsible for ensuring indoor air quality is improved and HVAC systems are operating at peak performance. Key Responsibilities:  Perform residential and commercial air duct and HVAC system cleanings using industry-standard equipment and techniques.  Conduct thorough inspections of HVAC systems and ductwork to determine service needs.  Operate and maintain duct cleaning equipment (e.g., vacuums, compressors, rotary brushes).  Provide detailed reports and documentation of work performed, including before/after photos.  Communicate clearly and professionally with customers to explain services and answer questions.  Ensure all work is performed safely, following SERVPRO and OSHA standards.  Maintain a clean and organized job site and company vehicle.  Collaborate with team members on multi-service jobs (e.g., mold remediation, water/fire damage). Qualifications:  2+ years of duct/HVAC cleaning experience preferred; training available for the right individual  NADCA (National Air Duct Cleaners Association) certification preferred but not required.  Knowledge of HVAC systems and airflow principles.  Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.  Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.  Strong attention to detail and a customer-first attitude.  Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
