Title: Social Worker
Location: Beverly, MA
Duration:13 weeks
Shift: Days - Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
No on-call required

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical social work services in a psychiatric setting
  • Conduct individual case management and brief family interventions
  • Assess patient needs and develop effective treatment plans
  • Utilize motivational interviewing and short-term treatment techniques
  • Employ de-escalation and restraint management strategies as needed
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and manage care in a fast-paced environment
Required Education & Experience:
  • Master's degree in Social Work
  • At least one year of experience in a behavioral health setting (preferred)
Licensure:
  • Active Massachusetts license in Social Work (LCSW or LICSW) required at time of submission
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in using electronic medical records, preferably Epic
  • Knowledge of managed care systems
  • Strong assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and high-volume clinical environment
