Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our behavioral health team. This part-time evening role involves providing psychotherapy services to individuals, families, and groups in a supportive outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct psychotherapy sessions (individual, family, couples, or group)

  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

  • Attend and actively participate in supervision and social work meetings

  • Deliver quality care in compliance with agency policies and clinical best practices

  • Coordinate with medical and behavioral health professionals as needed

  • Complete required annual trainings (e.g., fire safety, mandated reporting, universal precautions)

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW)

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New York State

  • Current registration with NYS Office of the Professions

  • Strong clinical experience required

  • Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
