About the Role:

Millstone Weber is seeking a dynamic and driven

Talent Acquisition Manager

to join our People & Culture team. This role is critical in attracting top talent to support our heavy civil construction projects across the United States. You'll be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, building strong pipelines, and promoting our employer brand through strategic outreach-including managing our internship program and representing Millstone Weber at career fairs and industry events.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles, including field operations, project management, engineering, and corporate functions.

Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship-building.

Manage and grow our

internship program , including recruitment, onboarding, mentorship coordination, and performance tracking.

Represent Millstone Weber at

career fairs , university events, and industry conferences to promote our brand and attract emerging talent.

Maintain accurate and compliant records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Promote fair and unbiased recruitment practices.

Provide a best-in-class candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resource management or similar.

5+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in construction, engineering, or skilled trades.

Strong understanding of the heavy civil construction industry and its workforce needs.

Experience managing internship programs or early career programs is a plus.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Ability to travel to job sites, universities, and career events as needed.

Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruiting tools.
