Senior Technical Program Manager, GenAI Evaluation Media

We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to spearhead our mission of delivering premium-quality product images and videos to customers globally. In this role, you will lead the program management of implementation, experimentation, and deployment of next-generation visual contents to enhance the customer journey. The projects leverage Generative AI, machine learning, and advanced engineering technologies. Responsibilities

As a Senior TPM, you\'ll collaborate with Applied Scientists to implement state of the art ML models, work with Software Development Engineers to build scalable infrastructure, and partner with business teams to define the ideal media content across different product categories and regions. You\'ll be at the forefront of solving complex technical challenges, coordinating multiple core technical teams, making data driven decisions, and ensuring system reliability at massive scale. A day in the life: reviewing project dependencies and coordinating progress updates across business and technical teams; collaborate with Applied Scientists to develop and execute model deployment strategies; work with SDEs to optimize GenAI asset generation and publishing pipeline; coordinate with QA; meet with business stakeholders to align roadmaps. About The Team

Our team manages the critical infrastructure that powers the GenAI Evaluation Media organization\'s core operations. We enable rapid and precise experimentation on optimal product media content, provide tooling to accelerate the Applied Science team\'s research initiatives, and deliver frameworks that empower business stakeholders to make data-driven decisions. Through our infrastructure and tools, we enable innovation and growth across the organization. Basic Qualifications

5+ years of technical product or program management experience 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience 3+ years of software development experience 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules Bachelor\'s Degree Preferred Qualifications

The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including location, knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
