HRIS Analyst role for a contract opportunity with a financial services client. Lewis James Professional is a woman-owned staff augmentation, project consulting and direct hire search and placement firm. Responsibilities
Provide daily support for HR operational needs and system-related inquiries. Design, configure, and maintain HR technology systems to meet evolving business requirements while ensuring a user-friendly and visually appealing experience for associates. Develop, generate, and deliver periodic and ad hoc reports on employee and HR data for internal stakeholders and external regulatory or compliance needs. Participate in testing and implementation of new HCM functionalities, including system configurations, data conversions, end-user training, and vendor release activities. Compile, analyze, and validate HR and employee data to ensure accuracy and consistency within the HCM system. Support data governance initiatives by maintaining system integrity, monitoring usage, and troubleshooting errors. Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Compliance, and IT teams to ensure system alignment with business processes. Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field preferred. 3+ years of experience in HRIS, HCM systems administration, or HR technology within banking or financial services preferred. Hands-on experience with UKG (UltiPro) required; familiarity with other HCM platforms a plus. Strong technical skills, including report building, SQL, business intelligence (BI) tools, and intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency. Experience with HR data analysis, data governance, and compliance reporting. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
