About the Role
The Company is excited to announce an opportunity for a Vice President of Corporate Partnerships to drive the strategic direction and growth of our organization. As a critical member of our team, you will develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy that focuses on identifying and securing pivotal strategic partnerships on a global scale. This will encompass collaboration agreements, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial alliances. We are looking for a dynamic leader with a proven track record in successful deal-making and a strong reputation within the biotech and pharmaceutical sectors. Your role will involve leading a dedicated team, working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, and representing the company at key industry events. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for a Master's or advanced science degree. A minimum of 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry is essential, particularly in the domains of business development or investment banking. You should have an impressive deal sheet showcasing a history of success, alongside exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. A strong understanding of complex scientific and business concepts is vital.
