Industry Real Estate Type Privately Held About the Role We are seeking a dynamic Senior Vice President of Multifamily Investments and Real Estate Development to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring at least 10 years of robust experience in multifamily acquisitions, land development, and dispositions, preferably within a family-owned business environment. This role is perfect for a professional with a strong track record in sourcing, structuring acquisition deals, and executing ground-up developments. Proficiency in financial modeling, underwriting, and a solid grasp of accounting principles are essential for success. You will be expected to work closely with financial teams to inform strategic decision-making and performance analysis. Your responsibilities will include overseeing property performance comprehensively, implementing transformative operational strategies, and driving the growth of our multifamily portfolio. We are looking for a proactive leader skilled at building a positive workplace culture and resolving challenges effectively. Experience in capital markets, including debt and equity raising and a demonstrated ability to secure funding from diverse sources is mandatory. You will also manage relationships with equity partners, including institutional investors, family offices, and syndicate networks. Knowledge of specific markets, such as Tennessee and Texas, is advantageous but not essential. Preference will be given to candidates with advanced degrees such as an MBA, CPA, MA, or JD.
