You will hold significant decision-making power and accountability, concentrating on revenue generation through various innovative sales strategies. As a leader, you will inspire and manage our US sales team, so a proven track record in team building and management is a must. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in a scientific or medical discipline, complemented by a degree in business, marketing, or communications, or equivalent experience. Your strong network within the Pharma and Biotech sectors, along with 7-10 years of relevant industry experience, will be crucial. Exceptional presentation and listening skills are essential, and expertise in technology, software engineering, or AI is an added advantage.
