The Company is on the lookout for an Associate Vice President and Vice President of Catastrophe Analytics. This position offers ample opportunities for client interaction as you provide innovative catastrophe management solutions throughout the modeling cycle, from data auditing to multi-model analyses, reporting, and portfolio management.
We are seeking highly motivated team players with a passion for catastrophe modeling. Key responsibilities include analyzing client exposure data, utilizing commercial catastrophe modeling software to evaluate potential losses, and effectively communicating findings to diverse stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with brokers, participate in the reinsurance financial placement process, and help create tailored content that meets our clients’ needs.
A strong background in RMS and Verisk software is essential, along with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in catastrophe modeling. This role will also involve mentoring junior staff, identifying workflow efficiency opportunities, and engaging in innovative problem-solving to tackle complex client challenges. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required. Your dedication and expertise will make a difference in the growing field of catastrophe modeling.
