Customer Service Associate in Retail

Join our team at Sherwin-Williams! We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate to provide exceptional service and support to our customers. This full-time position offers a starting pay of $16.26-18.50/hr, based on relevant experience. The role is vital to the success of our retail stores, where you will engage with both wholesale and retail customers to identify their needs, answer inquiries about our products, and recommend optimal solutions. You will ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns promptly and staying updated on product features. Located at Store #3232, 3902 Circle Dr, Holmen, WI 54636, you will work in a dynamic environment focused on achieving store sales goals while maintaining strong visual and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding customer service by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions. Effectively assist customers in person and over the phone. Build trust and productive relationships with our customer base. Accurately process sales transactions in alignment with company policies. Achieve sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Maintain organized work order files and records. Manage product inventory and assist in stock management. Mix and tint products to customer specifications. Ensure store cleanliness, including equipment maintenance. Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks. Maintain a well-organized and presentable store environment. Stay informed about available products and services. Contribute to inventory control measures. Proactively suggest improvements to boost sales. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment. Possess a valid and unrestricted Driver's License. Ability to lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. Minimum one (1) year of experience in a retail or customer service role. Previous sales experience with paint or related products is a plus. Experience with tinting and mixing equipment. Proficiency in additional languages, especially Spanish, is an advantage.
