Job Description: Part-time faculty are paid on a lecture hour equivalent (LHE) basis. For library faculty, 1 LHE "Lecture Hour Equivalent" = 2.34 hours/week for 16 weeks. All part-time faculty start at the beginning pay rates, regardless of the level and type of experience obtained elsewhere. Those rates for the 2024-2025 academic year are $1191 /LHE for faculty without doctorates and $1262/LHE for faculty with doctorates...
