In addition, the role will include plumbing services, especially in relation to water heating systems and boiler units.
Key responsibilities include:

Collaborate with the plumbing team for cross-functional repairs or system upgrades involving HVAC and water systems
Clearly communicate findings, repairs, and system recommendations to customers in a professional, friendly manner
Ensure all work complies with local codes, safety regulations, and company standards
Maintain accurate records of service calls, diagnostics, repairs, and parts used
Provide on-call or after-hours support when needed, especially during peak seasons
This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
HVAC experience preferred, but open to entry-level candidates with strong technical training or trade school education
Familiarity with HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioning units, mini splits, heat pumps, and boilers
Basic understanding of plumbing systems, especially as they relate to heating and water equipment
EPA certification (Type II or Universal) preferred, or ability to obtain within 90 days
Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills with a willingness to learn and grow on the job
Comfortable working in crawlspaces, attics, and various weather conditions
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Dependable, organized, and able to manage time effectively during service calls
Valid driver's license required; CDL is a plus but not required
High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of HVAC or plumbing trade program preferred
Resume preferred but not required
Compensation
Pay range: $15.50–$30.00 per hour, based on experience, certifications, and skill level.
We’re open to both entry-level candidates and experienced technicians. Starting rate depends on your training, hands-on experience, and credentials like EPA certification or a CDL license.
We also offer performance-based bonuses to recognize team members who consistently give their best and help us deliver top-quality service.
