This position requires maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor and sharing enthusiasm for sports and the Fraser Valley experience. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Greet guests warmly and provide accurate information. Assist guests in selecting lessons, programs, and rental packages. Maintain knowledge of all lessons, programs, procedures, and pricing. Stay current on weather and slope conditions, special events, and promotions. Learn to navigate the computerized product sales system, including payment processing. Process lesson, rental, ticket & pass sales; manage payment transactions. Coordinate with ski/snowboard school and supervisors for lesson management. Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally. Prepare daily cash summaries and sales reports; balance sales against cash received. Direct groups to appropriate locations for scheduled activities. Attend staff meetings and read company memos for updates. Maintain a clean and organized workstation. Contribute to a positive team atmosphere while assisting both guests and staff. Report and correct unsafe conditions in the work area. Other duties as assigned. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to perform under pressure and handle complaints effectively. Intermediate skiing/snowboarding ability preferred. Experience at Winter Park Resort is a plus. One year of experience in cashiering, retail, or guest services. Basic computer skills and good communication abilities are essential. Second language is a plus. Public speaking and guest service experience desirable. EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or equivalent. WAGE:

The hourly pay for this position starts at $19, with potential for adjustments based on experience and other factors. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Able to lift and carry a minimum of 20 pounds occasionally. Manual dexterity for computer and office equipment. Visual and auditory acuity for communication and operation. Ability to stand, walk, and communicate effectively for extended periods. WORKING CONDITIONS: This role involves both indoor and outdoor environments, with exposure to varying weather conditions.
