You will be pivotal in managing the end-to-end recruitment process for clinicians and coaches across various regions, ensuring we build a skilled, efficient, and adaptable workforce to meet the needs of our communities. This critical leadership role requires a strategic mindset with proven success in high-volume and scalable clinical recruitment, especially within multi-site or multi-state healthcare organizations. Your expertise in navigating state-specific employment laws and compliance will be invaluable. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance our recruitment processes, workforce models, and influence provider onboarding and compensation strategies. Ideal candidates will possess at least 10 years of leadership experience in a recruiting or operational capacity within high-volume clinical settings.
