This role is pivotal in ensuring the repair and maintenance of our facility and equipment to fulfill customer and internal quality standards efficiently. Training Schedule:

The initial training period will be Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 3 PM. After this training, you will transition to a 12-hour shift from 7 PM to 7 AM, following a rotating 2-2-3 schedule. About Us:

Benefits of Working with Us: Competitive starting pay with opportunities for pay increases at 6 and 12 months Generous shift differentials for night shifts Recognition and bonuses for dedication and reliability Opportunities for advancement and future growth Multiple bonus programs, including attendance, safety, and referral bonuses Gas stipend for those commuting over 20 miles one way Exceptional Benefits: Competitive wages, shift premiums, and internal promotions 11 paid holidays Excellent PTO, including vacation and personal time, available after 60 days Comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, and Disability Insurance 401k plan Wellness program offering financial incentives for maintaining a healthy lifestyle Key Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and repair equipment while adhering to maintenance documentation requirements Disassemble machinery for repairs and maintenance Maintain and repair industrial production machinery and equipment Inspect parts for defects such as breakage and excessive wear Reassemble equipment after inspections or repairs Monitor and test machinery operation to diagnose malfunctions Clean, lubricate, and adjust machinery components Lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly Document all repairs and maintenance activities Cut and weld metal for repairs and fabrication of parts Qualifications: 1+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting Experience with flexographic printing presses and blown film extruders is advantageous Willingness to work overtime when required Background in production or warehouse maintenance is essential HVAC experience is preferred Ability to read a multimeter Basic knowledge of motor control circuits and variable frequency drives (VFDS) Understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic controls Basic computer skills Capability to stand for long periods and excellent manual dexterity Please note: This position is subject to preemployment and random post-employment drug testing, along with testing under reasonable suspicion and post-accident circumstances as deemed necessary.
