Member Duties :
The Youth Programs and Impact Member will support the Deputy Director of Kid Power in ensuring high-quality youth programs, organizational development, and strategic initiatives. This role provides hands-on experience in nonprofit management, youth program coordination, and administrative operations. The Member will gain exposure to grant compliance, program evaluation, and strategic planning while supporting the organizations mission to support young people through education, mentorship, and community engagement. It is an opportunity to make a lasting impact in the lives of young people while also building your resume, strengthening your leadership skills, and developing meaningful professional networks. Key Responsibilities:
Program Support & Development Operations & Grant Compliance Strategic & External Engagement Other Administrative Duties
