Power Temp Systems, a growing electrical manufacturing company, is seeking a shipping & receiving clerk for our Broussard, LA location.
The ideal candidate will have experience in shipping & receiving, inventory, and driving a pickup while pulling a trailer behind it. Computer skills, aptitude to learn part numbers, and any electrical knowledge are a plus, but not required. Must be a team player!
Central job duties include inventory management & control, driving company vehicle, with a trailer at times, to make deliveries and pick up parts, shipping/receiving, general warehouse duties, and maintaining accurate records on a daily basis.
Pre-employment requirements consist of a valid DL, a background check, a clear driving record, and a drug & alcohol analysis.
Reliable transportation is required.
Salary commensurate with experience. Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable Flatbed Truck Driver to transport materials and equipment safely to and from job sites and vendors. This role involves loading and securing cargo, ensuring timely deliveries, and following all DOT and company safety standards.
Requirements:
Clean driving record
Minimum 1 year of flatbed driving experience preferred
Ability to strap, chain, and tarp loads
Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety procedures
Must pass a background check and drug screening
