What You’ll Do:

As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for:

Installing residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, and thermostats

Performing equipment and parts upgrades with quality and efficiency

Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth, accurate installations

Following safety protocols and industry regulations at all times

Providing exceptional customer service, building trust with homeowners

What It Takes to Succeed:

At least 2 years of experience in HVAC installation

Mechanical aptitude and solid troubleshooting skills

Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals

Excellent communication and professionalism with customers and coworkers

A valid driver’s license with a clean record

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
