Industry Renewables & Environment Type Privately Held About the Role We are on the lookout for a dynamic Director of Capital Markets to lead our capital-raising initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to develop and implement innovative strategies aimed at attracting and securing capital from a wide array of investors, including institutional investors, RIAs, family offices, broker-dealers, and wealth managers. In this crucial role, you will build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, manage investor relations, and ensure we meet all regulatory compliance requirements. As the Director of Capital Markets, you will align our capital market strategies with the overarching company goals and could play a significant role in shaping the future of private markets, renewable energy finance, and blockchain technology. We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 8 years' experience in capital markets, investment banking, or asset management, and a strong network within institutional investment communities and financial advisors. To succeed in this role, you should have a track record of building and leading a capital markets team, as well as experience in investor relations and navigating securities regulations. Demonstrating strategic vision and leadership in driving growth is essential. While experience in renewable energy finance and a passion for blockchain technology are not mandatory, they will be viewed as advantageous.
