Customer Service Specialist
Please note that this job is 100% onsite in Denver.
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading company to fill their open Customer Service Specialist job in Denver, CO. To qualify, you must have at least two years of recent, relevant experience in a similar, B2B customer service position.
This is a DIRECT HIRE job opportunity where you will earn between $50,000 and $55,000 annually. You will also be eligible for this company’s competitive benefits package (details below).
Responsibilities: -Responding to inbound customer calls and e-mails -Placing and tracking customer orders -Processing returns -Processing credits -Onboarding new customers -Responding to requests for status updates, pricing, freight quotes, etc. -All other related tasks as required
Qualifications: -At least two years of experience in a similar, B2B customer service position -Excellent customer service skills -Excellent attention to detail -Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Excellent organizational skills
Compensation: -Annual salary between $50,000 and $55,000 -Medical, dental, and vision benefits -Paid time off
