About the Role
The Company is looking for an experienced Vice President of Commercial Strategy to lead the strategic and operational aspects of launching and commercializing its product portfolio. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and managing the commercial operations function, ensuring that our organization is poised and ready for successful product launches and future commercial endeavors.
You will collaborate across various functions—sales, marketing, market access, medical affairs, and global product teams—to design and implement the essential commercial infrastructure, systems, and processes. As a key strategic partner to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will drive alignment with our brand strategy and contribute significantly to our commercial planning and long-term growth vision.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant business or analytical field, along with a minimum of 15 years' experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry, with at least 14 years in a leadership position. A proven track record in building and developing high-performing teams, along with experience in business operations infrastructure to support product launches, is essential.
Key skills required include expertise in data analytics, market research, forecasting, and sales/business operations. We value solutions-oriented leaders who thrive in dynamic, high-growth environments and demonstrate a strong commitment to operational excellence and a patient-first approach. A Master’s or advanced degree is preferred, and familiarity with endocrinology or related fields is a plus.
This role requires 50% travel.
