E. Smith Heating and Air Conditioning is seeking EXPERIENCED Residential/Light Commercial SERVICE TECHNICIANS for immediate hire. We have consistent local North Metro residential and light commercial service work. We would prefer applicants to have 3- 5 years of experience with Residential and Light Commercial HVAC units.

Job Description We are seeking Residential and Light Commercial HVAC Technicians to perform diagnostics, service repairs, and routine maintenance services.

Must have a proven work ethic and be dependable

EPA Certification Required and NATE certification is a PLUS +

Valid driver’s license with clean MVR for the past 3 years

Willing to work overtime as needed and Residential / Light Commercial Service Positions participate in an Emergency on Call
rotation (usually every 8-9 weeks, backup rotation during summer hours)
E- Smith offers competitive pay and benefits Company provided vehicle, uniforms, and larger items such as ladders and recovery machines are provided. Paid vacation – 2 weeks after first year Company Paid Health, Dental and Vision Insurance for Employee (dependents are additional cost) Local family owned and operated.
