We're looking to add a
well-rounded HVAC Service Technician/Installer
to our team - someone who enjoys both the problem-solving of service work and the hands-on challenge of system installations.
Pay & Benefits:
Competitive Pay: $28-$35/hour , depending on experience and certifications

Your Role:
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
Perform installation of HVAC equipment, ductwork, and accessories
Provide top-notch customer service with clear communication and respect for customers' homes
Maintain accurate job records and communicate effectively with team members
Ensure compliance with all safety standards and codes
What You Bring:
2+ years of experience
in residential HVAC service and/or installation
EPA certification (Type I & II or Universal)
Strong mechanical skills and understanding of HVAC systems
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Great attitude, attention to detail, and pride in craftsmanship
Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
