We Want to Talk to You! The Difference You Make: The role sits within the COO Cross/Transformation Team of the Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) Chief Operating Officer (COO) organization. This position leverages Program Management Office (PMO) and project execution/consulting skills to provide solutions for CIB US, focusing on regulatory and non-financial risk-related initiatives. The candidate should be able to work independently, conduct analysis, and propose solutions aligned with business goals. Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in regulatory and control aspects of Markets, Banking and/or Leverage Finance is important. The role supports various projects within the CIB COO organization, coordinating internal staff and external partners, and may mentor junior staff and others responsible for key operational functions and improvement recommendations. Responsibilities

Develops and maintains an understanding of overall business functions with in-depth knowledge of specific areas/functions and related activities. Initiates, leads and/or supports projects with high complexity and visibility/impact across the organization. Oversees and may contribute to the development of project definitions and scope at the project level. Organizes and defines parameters of assigned projects, assembles relevant data, and participates in planning, research, analysis, development, and implementation of new or modified applications and processes to provide new or improved capabilities, products, and/or services. Represents the business as the subject matter expert on special projects and initiatives, as necessary. Monitors key milestones and outcomes of responsible projects throughout the lifecycle to ensure adherence to quality standards. Serves as focal point for external vendors/service providers regarding daily operational activities within the assigned projects. Manages/leads projects involving multiple stakeholders and drives the formulation of business processes and requirements. Coordinates resources in different geographies to resolve complex issues, improve systems/processes, and facilitate integration between systems. Validates information and interfaces with other departments to present documented findings, alternatives, and recommended actions. Maintains governance for assigned projects and escalates issues as needed. Supports development of presentations, dashboards, reports and other team and executive-level project communications and documentation. Supports the COO leadership team during analysis of new initiatives, escalation of issues, and planning for the next strategic lifecycle. What You Bring

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering or equivalent field or equivalent work experience. Must possess 10 years of program/project management and business planning experience within a financial services organization. Experience building partnerships and consulting effectively with leadership. Experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, end-to-end process implementation, business operations or strategic planning in financial services. Understanding of and experience with Waterfall and Agile methods. Ability to consult, build, and maintain solid working relationships inside and outside of the immediate department. Ability to determine and report status and priorities/metrics to senior management. Ability to manage multiple small to medium-sized projects simultaneously. Ability to research, analyze, document, and present organizational metrics that drive business decisions. Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships at all levels. Ability to work as an individual contributor and lead teams; comfortable managing large teams/groups without direct reporting relationships. Proven success with in-person and virtual meeting facilitation with mid- and senior-level stakeholders. Expert Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Ability to create audience-appropriate and professional management presentations (PowerPoint and Excel-based), including materials for management working sessions and senior executive briefings. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Knowledge and understanding of Investment Banking products, services, operations and systems. Understanding of the regulatory landscape related to financial services with emphasis on those impacting Investment Banking. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Working knowledge of Spanish is a plus but not required. Certifications

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.
