The Role
Regularly inspecting works to ensure quality control as per drawings and specifications, working closely with Supervisors to achieve project objectives
Monitor procurement of materials, and consumables for portion of project scope, to ensure works can proceed as per schedule
Liaise with client representatives regarding technical queries, inspections, project scheduling and coordinating deliveries
Review, create, issue and follow up all request for information (RFI’s) and technical queries (TQ’s). Ensuring register is up to date. Resolve technical issues in an expedient and cost-effective manner
Understand and implement quality control techniques, ensure ITP’s are adhered to.
Preparation of work packs and material requisitions, raising non-conformances
About You To be successful in the role you will possess the following:
Tertiary qualifications in Mechanical Engineering
White Card
3 years’ experience in a similar position (minimum)
Proficient knowledge in all Microsoft Office Suites
Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders and key relationship members at all levels
