Overview
Full-time position with ProSidian Consulting as a Certified Strategy Planning Professional (SPP) | Strategy Management. Contract-contingent basis with potential conversion to full-time W-2. Location: Port Hueneme, CA, CONUS, with services in the Southwestern Region supporting NSWC Port Hueneme Division and related DoD engagements. This role involves providing strategic planning and management services in defense and security sectors.
Responsibilities
Provide Strategic Performance Management services as a certified Strategy Planning Professional (SPP) for defense and security sector engagements (e.g., NSWC Port Hueneme Division).
Plan, analyze, and execute strategic initiatives; conduct performance assessments and support transformation efforts for clients in the U.S. Navy and related agencies.
Apply expertise in strategic performance management, foresight, and change management to support management and operations solutions.
Collaborate with defense and security sector clients and ProSidian teams to deliver services aligned with NAICS 541611 (Administrative and General Management Consulting).
Support both contract contingent and potential full-time employment considerations and IRS-1099/Contract W-2 arrangements as applicable.
Adhere to regulatory, security, and compliance requirements, including potential security clearance considerations.
Qualifications
Certified by IASP as Strategy Planning Professional (SPP); knowledge of performance management and strategic management principles.
Education: Bachelor’s degree; 3+ years in strategic planning or consulting.
Skills: analytical thinking, strategic insight, project management; excellent written and verbal communication; proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to produce thorough, well-documented work that meets milestones.
Security: ability to obtain and maintain required clearance; some roles require a security clearance (Secret/Top Secret) depending on engagements.
Compliance: employer participates in E Verify; U.S. citizenship may be required for certain positions.
Ancillary Details
