Interacting with Schwab Corporate Retirement Services (SCRS) high net-worth participants to offer plan services and encourage retention and consolidation of outside assets to Schwab Investor Services Business development through a combination of inbound and outbound calls Utilizing a consultative sales approach to identify customer needs and provide client-focused solutions to participants Achieving Asset, Retention and Quality targets Incentives
In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities. Review the Investment Professionals’ incentive structure. What you have
Required qualifications
Active and valid Series 7 Active and valid Series 66 (63/65) 5 years of experience in the financial services industry Strong client relationship building experience Preferred qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work-related experience Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to influence and persuade Preferred experience in qualified retirement plan and/or brokerage environment Financial business development experience Knowledge of brokerage/banking products and services You are a results-oriented, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic You are adaptable to an ever-changing sales and compliance environment What’s in it for you
