Promotional Marketing Specialist
to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing strategic promotional campaigns that strengthen brand awareness, generate leads, and support our clients’ growth objectives. You will collaborate across departments to ensure that marketing materials, events, and outreach efforts reflect the brand’s identity and resonate with target audiences. Responsibilities
Develop, coordinate, and implement promotional marketing campaigns and brand initiatives Collaborate with creative and sales teams to align promotional efforts with business goals Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and audience behaviors Organize and support events, product launches, and promotional activations Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, reporting on ROI and effectiveness Maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders Ensure brand consistency across all promotional materials and messaging Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field 2+ years of experience in promotional marketing or a related field Strong understanding of branding, campaign planning, and consumer engagement Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Creative thinker with analytical skills and attention to detail Benefits
