The position is a non-partnership track role requiring 2-5 years of experience in advertising litigation, NAD disputes, marketing law compliance, and counseling. The successful candidate will assist in investigating, prosecuting, and defending against advertising, marketing, and unfair competition claims.
Duties
Conduct advertising review and claims substantiation. Engage in false advertising litigation. Handle disputes before NAD and regulatory agencies. Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues. Produce timely and accurate work products. Manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment. Requirements
2-5 years of experience with advertising and promotions matters. Licensed to practice in CA. Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications
Bar admission in California. Skills
Strong analytical and writing skills. Attention to detail and good business judgment. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively and independently. Research and problem-solving skills. Persuasive communication and management skills.
