About the Role
As an Associate Manager of Custom Market Research, you will design and execute research initiatives that drive strategic insights for pharmaceutical clients. You will develop research tools—including surveys and discussion guides—and coordinate analysis and reporting of qualitative and quantitative data. Your work informs client deliverables and supports strategic recommendations across MMIT Insights offerings. You will collaborate with the Commercial team to identify new opportunities and help answer critical business questions to support MMIT’s mission. Responsibilities
Project management of qualitative and quantitative research engagements, overseeing analyst contributions, managing timelines, and ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations. Design and develop customized research tools—including surveys, questionnaires, and discussion guides—to capture insights aligned with client objectives and research questions. Coordinate and execute quantitative and qualitative analyses using Excel and PowerPoint to analyze and visualize data, transforming raw data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making. Moderate stakeholder interviews, guiding discussions to uncover meaningful insights. Collaborate cross-functionally to recruit participants, manage fieldwork logistics, and deliver client-ready outputs. Create compelling data visualizations and slide templates that communicate insights clearly. Craft executive summaries and strategic narratives that distill findings into client-relevant insights across therapeutic areas. Review and finalize client deliverables, ensuring accuracy, quality, and client readiness. Demonstrate subject matter expertise and strategic thinking, addressing client questions and providing recommendations based on project scope. Participate in presenting findings and reports to clients with clarity and relevance. Mentor and coach junior team members to foster professional growth and a culture of excellence. Recommend and contribute to product innovation by proposing new analyses, data visualizations, and service offerings. Qualifications
Bachelor’s or advanced degree from a top institution with a strong academic record. Excellent writing skills and interest in effective communication. Attention to detail; strong analytical capabilities. Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access). Genuine interest in professional growth and development and alignment with corporate values. Intellectual curiosity and creativity with broad interests and strong analytic abilities. 2-3 years of professional experience in consulting, marketing analysis, product management, or equivalent undergraduate experience.
