Overview
OCM Specialist will work to enable people to adapt to process and technology changes through impact assessment, change awareness, implementing internal communication strategies, and upskilling end users to improve adoption. OCM Specialists will address specific needs of the organization through key tactics and integration efforts, including leadership alignment and development, stakeholder analysis and engagement planning, change readiness assessments, and change impact analysis. Through the execution phase of the implementation of change, the OCM Specialist will employ strategies as needed: resistance management, leadership coaching, change metrics and monitoring, and change management reviews, after-action reports, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities
Support organizational change management initiatives by conducting impact assessments and developing change strategies that enable adoption of new processes and technology. Lead or contribute to leadership alignment, stakeholder analysis, engagement planning, change readiness assessments, and change impact analysis. During implementation, apply resistance management, leadership coaching, change metrics and monitoring, change management reviews, after-action reports, and continuous improvement efforts. Develop and execute internal communication plans to raise awareness and upskill end users. Skills & Qualifications
PROSCI Certified in the ADKAR Methodology (required or strongly preferred). Experience with UX Research & UX Design strategies and best practices is highly preferred. Deep knowledge and experience with Agile Methodology (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) is highly preferred. Experience Level
Expert Level Pay and Benefits
Pay range: $75.00 - $85.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be specific to elections, plan, or program terms.
