Position Summary

Leads, develops, executes and maintains strategic communication programs and ongoing ownership of operational metrics across Medicare technology. Works horizontally across the Medicare technology team to understand, aggregate and distribute their initiatives, wins, innovations and operations and help socialize those stories throughout the CVS enterprise. You will develop and deliver communication plans and messages, supporting project activities, and measuring results of campaigns and operational goals. Required Qualifications

Skill Sets: 5-7 years of experience in a similar field/role. Healthcare industry experience highly desirable Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential. This includes the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging content for various audiences and platforms. A strong understanding of technology and the ability to translate technical jargon into accessible language is crucial. Managing multiple projects, deadlines, and communication channels requires strong organizational and time-management skills. Working effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineers, marketers, and other stakeholders, is a key aspect of the role. Developing engaging and innovative communication strategies requires a creative mindset. Ability to manage deadlines and deliver work assigned on time and with high quality Proficiency in various communication platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems, is essential. Analyzing information, identifying potential communication challenges, disseminating, and developing effective solutions with a strong attention to detail. The ability to present information clearly and confidently to various groups. Preferred Qualifications

Full time Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is: $66,330.00 - $145,860.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
