Job Details Responsibilities
Manage cases and clients through all stages of litigation
Research and draft complaints, motions, and briefs
Participate in all phases of discovery, including taking and defending depositions
Gain substantive litigation and trial experience
Collaborate with a collegial team of experienced antitrust attorneys
Qualifications
California bar admission, experience with federal court practice, and strong research and writing skills
Experience or interest in Consumer Protection Class Actions, Employment Law, and/or False Claims / Whistleblower Law
Senior associates must also have broad litigation experience, including depositions, pre-trial motion practice, and trial(s) and expertise in case development and management
